Control over the system

In addition to entry, the easy administration is a big plus point of GEoRG FIT. In case of problems, administrators can help with entry or in case of errors in the data stock. Furthermore, extensive customization of the data entry is possible. The administrator can create new data fields in the blink of an eye.

The control centre

The Administration menu offers the administrator all important functions needed for the use of GEoRG FIT. He can unblock routes, release individual objects again, manage users, make changes to database settings or change the entry possibilities.

Unblocking of data

A field service employee accidentally selects an incorrect route. No problem, the correct field service employee for the selected route does not have to wait long: Just the touch of a button and the route is released again.

User management

Which users are logged into the system? It's easy to answer this question with the user management. The overview shows quickly and easily which users are working with the system.

Database changes

As administrator, you have full control of data entry and the structure of the data in the database. You select a new attribute for each object type and its properties which should appear during entry.

Route management

With the route management, you specify which poles are along a route. You can also control in what sequence the poles appear in the entry. This makes it easy for field service employees to change to the next pole after entering a pole. There is no complicated and time-consuming searching.
